Kane Howarth
MBACP Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Hello, and welcome to Therapy with Kane.

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Counselliing and a Master's degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

My practice is based in Kentish Town NW5 and Barking Riverside IG11 where I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore your emotions and life challenges freely and without pressure or shame.

Having been in therapy myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel to take that first step—opening up to a stranger about your thoughts and emotions. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute call, giving you a chance to share your goals for therapy and get a sense of who I am. That way, if you choose to work with me, I won’t feel like a complete stranger when we begin to dive into the deeper, more challenging work.

I have worked with people struggling with abuse, addiction (substances, sex and pornography) anxiety, depression, identity issues (sexuality and gender identity), neurodiversity (autism and ADD/ADHD), relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma and work related stress.
