Kane Howarth

MBACP Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist

I am a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in North London, offering both in-person and online sessions. My practice is informed by a deep respect for diversity, and I have experience working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, sexualities, and gender identities.

With extensive training in integrative psychotherapy, I help clients build self-confidence, develop a strong sense of self, and foster trust in both themselves and others. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, relational conflicts, neurodiversity, identity exploration (including sexuality and gender), and finding a sense of belonging.

Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, I tailor each session to your individual needs, ensuring that the techniques and resources we use are aligned with your goals. This personalised approach helps create a unique and effective therapeutic experience.
